Payment Methods

When placing an order on sg.ecco.com, your payment will only be processed when your order is shipped. Your transaction is always secure. At this time sg.ecco.com only ship within Singapore. Our customer service team is here to assist you with any questions to make your shopping experience - exceptional.


We want your shopping experience to be easy and enjoyable. We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. Merchandise ordered on sg.ecco.com is shipped via standard shipping service.

Parcels are picked up from our warehouse and delivered directly to you. Standard shipping usually arrive within 3 working days after processing your order; this may vary depending on the time of your order. Orders are only processed from Monday through to Friday, excluding public holidays.

A delivery surcharge of $10.70 (inclusive of 7% GST) is applicable for delivery below $99 to Sentosa island, military camps protected areas and locations as gazette by Singapore Government
Delivery is not available for other Offshore Islands, Changi Airport Transit Lounges and Paya Lebar Airport Communications Centre


If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund of the purchase price with the supplied Singapore Post Speedpost reply paid return label within 14 days of receipt of items (free of charge). Kindly remember to include ECCO returns form which you received with the items. Items should be unworn and unused and in their original packaging. At this time, sg.ecco.com can only accept returns purchased through our website. All purchases made through an ECCO retailer or an ECCO retail store should be returned to their original place of purchase.

Should you wish to return your order (in part or in full), please complete the following steps:

  1. Please complete the white returns form located within the grey envelope.
  2. Wrap the shoes neatly within the shoe box and place the shoe box into the larger carton sealing it. Should you no longer have the outer carton, please purchase an appropriate carton or bag. Do not use the shoe box as the return carton.
  3. Place the returns sticker (also located within the grey envelope) on the outside of the carton.
  4. Important: On the returns label there is a Singapore Post tracking number. Please note the number as it will enable us to track the parcel with Singapore Post.
  5. Take the shoes to a Singapore Post post office for return to us. Please retain proof of postage until we have confirmed your refund has been completed.
  6. Once received and checked through our warehouse, a refund will be issued via the original form of payment used for the order.

At this time, sg.ecco.com can only accept returns purchased through our website. All purchases made through an ECCO retailer or an ECCO retail store should be returned to their original place of purchase.

Q. Can you ship my shoes internationally?

At this time sg.ecco.com only ships within Singapore.

Q. How do I check on the status of my order?

Use our Order Status link located in the header menu and enter your order number, or you can enter your email address and see your entire order history.

Q. What if I have a problem with an order I've received?

Q. How do I find out where my nearest ECCO store is?

ECCO has a wide network of concept stores and departmental store counters in Singapore. Use our store locator store locator to find an ECCO store near you.

Q. Are ECCO shoes waterproof?

Only ECCO Shoes that are made with Gore-Tex ™ lining are waterproof.

Q. How can I best prevent my ECCO shoes from losing their original shape?

This is best done by using shoe trees when the shoe isn't being worn. The best types are shoe trees made out of unvarnished sandalwood, which also extracts moisture from the leather.

Q. Can I wash my shoes?

We do not recommend this as laundry soap removes the softening agents in the leather. As a result the leather can become hard and shrink.

Q. What should I do if my shoes do become wet?

Give the shoes plenty of time to dry. Remove the insole and let the shoes dry naturally and never expose them to artificial heat which can damage and distort them.

Q. What size should I order?

ECCO shoes are manufactured in European sizes. Please use our size conversion chart to find your size.

Q. How can I return my order?

Just send your unused and unworn items to us within 14 days of shipment with the return receipt (on the back of the packing slip) included in your shipment. You may return it via reply paid for a refund of the purchase price. sg.ecco.com can only accept returns purchased through sg.ecco.com.

Q. Do ECCO shoes come in various widths?

ECCO's line of shoes utilizes a unique type of fit. Due to this our shoes are able to fit a very wide variety of feet. ECCOs fit from heel to instep (not to the ball of the foot). We refer to this as the ECCO "Freedom Fit". Conventional shoes fit across the width of your feet at the toes. This restricts the natural spreading of your toes under the pressure of walking. This "Freedom Fit" allows the toes to move freely as you walk.

Q. How long will it take to get my order?

Your orders are automatically accepted into our ordering system the minute you hit submit. Your order will leave our warehouse within 1 - 2 business days upon processing and confirmation. Standard delivery will arrive within 3 business days of shipment. During sale or special promotion periods, due to the high volume of orders, please allow 5 - 7 business days for dispatch. ECCO processes orders from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
