• The American Tourister Luggage redemption is available for self-collection only at any ECCO Concept Store. It will not be delivered together with your order placed at sg.ecco.com.

• Qualified customers will be notified by ECCO Customer Service Team (cs.sg@ecco.com) via email regarding the self-collection date at store within three working days after the purchase.

• Customers must present the email for verification during the self-collection at ECCO Concept Store.
