• The Pouch of Celebration redemption is based on a first-come, first-served basis and while stocks last. Eligible for 1 set per transaction made with $230 nett spend at sg.ecco.com.

• A set of Pouch of Celebration consists of 3 individual pouches.

• The allocation of designs of the Pouch of Celebration is entirely random and cannot be predetermined.

• The availability of designs of the Pouch of Celebration may vary and is subject to stock levels.

• The Pouch of Celebration redemption is available for self-collection only at any ECCO Concept Store. It will not be delivered together with your order placed at sg.ecco.com.

• Qualified customers will be notified by ECCO Customer Service Team (cs.sg@ecco.com) via email regarding the self-collection date at store within three working days after the purchase.

• Customers must present the email for verification during the self-collection at ECCO Concept Store.

• In the circumstances where an order return is initiated, the customer is required to return the Pouch of Celebration along with the purchased item(s) to qualify for a full refund. If the free gift is not returned with the purchased item(s) as part of the refund process, the value of the free gift will be deducted from the refund amount.
