Returns

Information About Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you can return the items for a full refund. You can easily return your item(s) to us via:

    • Drop Point Return

    • In-store Return

Return Policy

In order for a return to be accepted, it must meet the following conditions:

    1. Items should be unworn and unused.

    2. Items must be in their original state and packaging.

    3. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the items. You can start the return process by either dropping off the parcel at any Singapore Post Office counters, POPStation islandwide, or at any of our Concept stores.

Drop Point Return:
    1. Wrap the shoes neatly within the shoe box and place the shoe box into the larger carton, sealing it. Should you no longer have the outer carton, grab a suitable one – just don't use the shoe box.

    2. Affix the return label on the outside of the carton. You can find the ezyReturn label included in the parcel. Note: Please take note of the Singapore Post tracking number on the return label, as it will help us track the parcel.

    3. Drop off your parcel at any Singapore Post Office counters or POPStations islandwide. Please keep the proof of postage until we confirm your return. Note: Do not drop it off at SingPost Posting Boxes; we won’t be able to track it.

    4. Once we get your return, we'll check it, and then issue your refund via the original payment method. You will be notified via email. Please note that your return can take up to 10 business days to reach us.

In-store Return:
    1. Bring the items and free gift (if applicable) in their original packaging to any of our Concept stores below:

        • ION Orchard

        • Jewel Changi Airport

        • The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands

        • Suntec City Mall

        • VivoCity

        • Westgate

        • Raffles City

        • IMM Outlet

    2. Be sure to provide your order number or ezyReturn label to our friendly staff for processing.

    3. Once the Return Policy has been met, you will receive an email as proof of return. Please note that refunds will only be processed through the payment service used for the original purchase. You will not receive your refund immediately at the store.

Refunds may take time

    • Your refund will be processed after your returned items undergo inspection to ensure they meet our Return Policy. This quality check can take up to 10 business days.

    • Once the return has been approved, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 2-10 business days. We do not provide cash refunds.

    • Additional time may be required by our banking institution to process and post this transaction to your account upon receiving information from us.

At this time, returns are only accepted for purchases made through sg.ecco.com.

Items purchased from participating ECCO retailers or ECCO retail stores should be returned to their original place of purchase.
