What is Click & Collect and how does it work? Click & Collect is a convenient way to purchase items on our website and pick up your order from a participating ECCO store near you.
Is In-Store pickup available at all ECCO stores? This service is currently only available at selected ECCO Concept Stores. At checkout, you’ll be able to view participating locations and choose your preferred store.
How much does Click & Collect cost? Click & Collect is completely free of charge, with no minimum spend required.
When will my card be charged? Your payment will be authorised when you place your order and charged once your items are collected.
How will I know when my order is ready for pick up? You’ll receive an email notification as soon as your order is ready for collection.
How long will it take for my order to be ready? Orders are usually ready for collection within 3-7 working days. You’ll be notified via email once it’s ready.
How long will the store hold my order? You’ll have 7 days from the notification email to collect your order. If it’s not collected within that period, it will be cancelled automatically and refunded to your original payment method within 2–10 business days.
What do I need to bring to pick up my order? To pick up your order, present your email notification confirming your order is ready for collection.
Can someone else pick up my order on my behalf? Yes. You may nominate another person during checkout. They’ll need to present the collection email as proof of purchase. You will receive an email to confirm that the order has been collected.
Can I switch my Click & Collect order to delivery instead? Once placed, Click & Collect orders cannot be converted to delivery. Please select your preferred fulfilment method before placing your order.
Can I return or exchange my Click & Collect order in-store? Yes, returns and exchanges are accepted in-store within the return period, following our standard return policy. Product(s) in new & original condition can be exchanged for a different size within 14 working days of receipt of delivery subject to stock availability. To request an exchange, kindly drop us an email at cs.sg@ecco.com with your preferred size. Exchanges for a different model are not permitted due to inventory restrictions and can only be processed at ECCO Concept Stores.
Can I try on my shoes when collecting them? Yes, you can try them on in-store. If the size or fit isn’t quite right, our staff will be happy to assist with an exchange (subject to stock availability).
