Shipping Policy

We offer free standard shipping for all online orders made on the ECCO Singapore Online Store to make shopping from home even easier.

We will endeavor to dispatch your order as soon as possible after it is placed.

Confirmed orders will be shipped within 1 - 2 business days from the order date. Delivery typically takes 1 - 3 business days to reach your shipping address. During sale or promotional periods, delivery lead times may be extended due to the higher volume of orders.

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

For some items that need to be dispatched from another location, an additional 1 - 2 business days may be required. These items will be shipped separately in additional parcel(s).
