Shipping Policy

We offer free standard shipping service for all orders to make it even easier for you to shop online from home. This applies to all online orders from the ECCO Singapore Online Store.

We shall endeavour to dispatch the goods to you as soon as possible after you place your order. Please note that shipments may experience slight delays as our delivery partners navigate the additional demand for their services and the well-being of their teams during this period.

Your order will leave our warehouse within 1 - 2 business days upon processing and confirmation. Standard delivery will arrive within 1 - 3 business days of shipment if the goods are in stock (subject to the order being accepted by us, as will be confirmed to you by email). During sale or special promotion periods, due to the high volume of orders, please allow 7 - 10 business days for dispatch. ECCO processes orders from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

If we cannot despatch the goods within that time, we will email to let you know and give you an estimated delivery date, and you will have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund as set out in that email.

As soon as the goods are delivered to you, you are responsible for them.

Shipping Methods

Items ordered on sg.ecco.com are shipped via standard shipping service. Standard delivery will arrive within 1 - 3 business days of shipment. Orders are processed from Monday through Friday. During sale or special promotion periods, due to the high volume of orders, please allow 5 - 7 business days for dispatch.
