If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you can return the items for a full refund. You can easily return your item(s) to us via:
Drop Point Return
In order for a return to be accepted, it must meet the following conditions:
Items should be unworn and unused.
Items must be in their original state and packaging.
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the items. You can start the return process by either dropping off the parcel at any Singapore Post Office counters, POPStation islandwide, or at any of our Concept stores.
Wrap the shoes neatly within the shoe box and place the shoe box into the larger carton, sealing it. Should you no longer have the outer carton, grab a suitable one – just don't use the shoe box.
Affix the return label on the outside of the carton. You can find the ezyReturn label included in the parcel. Note: Please take note of the Singapore Post tracking number on the return label, as it will help us track the parcel.
Drop off your parcel at any Singapore Post Office counters or POPStations islandwide. Please keep the proof of postage until we confirm your return. Note: Do not drop it off at SingPost Posting Boxes; we won’t be able to track it.
Once we get your return, we'll check it, and then issue your refund via the original payment method. You will be notified via email. Please note that your return can take up to 10 business days to reach us.

Be sure to provide your order number, ezyReturn label, and NinjaVan tracking number to our friendly staff for processing.
Once the Return Policy has been met, you will receive an email as proof of return. Please note that refunds will only be processed through the payment service used for the original purchase. You will not receive your refund immediately at the store.
Your refund will be processed after your returned items undergo inspection to ensure they meet our Return Policy. This quality check can take up to 10 business days.
Once the return has been approved, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 2-10 business days. We do not provide cash refunds.
Additional time may be required by our banking institution to process and post this transaction to your account upon receiving information from us.
At this time, returns are only accepted for purchases made through sg.ecco.com.
Items purchased from participating ECCO retailers or ECCO retail stores should be returned to their original place of purchase.

Yes, we gladly accept online returns at any of our concept stores.
Product(s) in new & original condition can be exchanged for a different size within 7 working days of receipt of delivery. Kindly drop us an email at cs.sg@ecco.com with your preferred size to initiate an exchange (subject to stock availability). Do note that exchange for a different model is not allowed due to inventory restrictions. Exchanges can only be processed in ECCO Concept Stores.

ECCO's line of shoes utilises a unique type of fit. Due to this, our shoes are able to fit a very wide variety of feet. ECCOs fit from heel to instep (not to the ball of the foot). We refer to this as the ECCO "Freedom Fit".
Conventional shoes fit across the width of your feet at the toes. This restricts the natural spreading of your toes under the pressure of walking. This "Freedom Fit" allows the toes to move freely as you walk.
We do not recommend this as laundry soap removes the softening agents in the leather. As a result, the leather can become hard and shrink.

Give the shoes plenty of time to dry. Remove the insole and let the shoes dry naturally and never expose them to artificial heat which can damage and distort them.
