Here are the step-by-step instructions on how to best take care of your suede shoes.

A brush designed for suede can serve as a simple treatment for many spot stains. Choose either the ECCO Eraser or the multi-functional ECCO Nubuck brush.

Then, remove the insole, spray the inside with ECCO Refresh, and insert shoe trees or stuff the shoes with newspaper to maintain their shape.

Apply the ECCO Foam Cleaner to a damp cloth and rub the suede, making firm circular motions. This is perfect if your suede shoes require more cleaning, as it works like a shampoo on your skin. Let them dry for 15 minutes.

Once dry, use the ECCO Nubuck & Suede conditioner to restore the colour and softness of the suede. If your shoes have white soles, always use the Transparent version to avoid colour transfer.

Finally, use a water-repellent spray to better protect your shoes against stains and wet weather. Spray the ECCO Repel from 10 inches/25 cm away and let it dry for 15 minutes.
